Honeycrisp Apple Straws and Yogurt Dip
A quick no-cook snack that is both healthy and nutritious!
1 bag Crunch Pak Honeycrisp Apple Slices
1 ½ cups plain strained Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves (plus thyme sprigs for garnish)
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
¼ teaspoon salt
Savory option: In a medium bowl combine yogurt, thyme, and lemon peel. Divide dip among serving glasses. Divide apple straws evenly among the glasses, arranging them standing up in the dip. Garnish each serving with a little fresh thyme sprig.
Sweet option: In a medium bowl combine yogurt and honey. Divide dip among serving glasses. Divide apple straws evenly among the glasses, arranging them standing up in the dip.
Can be refrigerated for a couple hours before serving.
