Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

Enjoy the flavors of apple pie for breakfast with this nourishing, dairy-free and vegan smoothie bowl.


10 Crunch Pak Mixed Apple Slices
1 frozen ripe banana, peeled prior to freezing
¼ cup rolled or quick oats
2 medjool dates, pitted
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
⅓ cup oat or almond milk

For topping: granola, diced apples, pecans, pumpkin seeds

  1. Add smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend to desired consistency. Add more or less liquid based on preference.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
