Description:

The Regional National Account Manager position takes full responsibility for the Crunch Pak brand presence, growth, and profitability within all assigned new and existing customers. The role requires full collaboration across all internal departments to execute at a high level on the strategy and goals outlined by Crunch Pak.

Duties:
Essential Functions:
• Grow assigned territory accounts with a profitable business model.
• Partner with the cross functions in ensuring excellence in execution of all Crunch Pak brand related activities.
• Provide integrated customer, consumer, and competitor insights to the leadership team for customer strategy development, portfolio management and business plans.
• Improve communication and develop process improvements to drive increased sales.
• Manage Retail accounts throughout Region of responsibility, with direct experience leading the customer relationship.
• Collaborate with internal new product development team as well as Crunch Pak sales leaders to bring new products to market and leverage relationships.
• Represent the company at trade shows and other networking business functions and events.
• Develop marketing strategies for all customers in collaboration with the Crunch Pak marketing team.
• Manage any broker or 3rd party relationships key to maintaining healthy account growth.
• Consistently pursue and manage efficiency gains in service levels and transportation needs in collaboration with customers and internal logistics teams.

Other Duties may include:
• Work closely with Insides Sales that manage the day-to-day functions, transportation, order management etc. for all assigned accounts
• As needed assist with accounts receivable collection including:
• Communicating with customers & brokers on past due accounts
• Providing documentation to brokers or customers to help reconcile deductions
• Tracking promos and deductions
• Reporting Promos on promo survey for planning/forecasting purposes
• Customer card updates when needed ie. Pricing, address, items, etc

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of NAV or ERP systems is encouraged.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines.
• Strong ability to build and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Proficient in working with Senior Level Management within customer and internal environments.
• Seek out duties to ensure you, and those in your area, are consistently productive.
• Strong Independent thinking.
• Proactively identify problems and provide solution suggestions.
• Identify and Support Process Improvements.
• Adapt work schedule to customer and company needs.
• Complete understanding of the processes and the effects of process deviation.

Supervisory Expectation:
• This position does not hold any supervisory responsibilities; there is an expectation to lead and engage all team members in a positive and productive way.

Education and/or Work History:
Education Training/Experience:
• 3-5 or more years related experience and/or training in the field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power Bi, etc.)
• Experience with Circana or Nielsen reporting highly encouraged


Physical Demands/ Work Environment:
• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
• This is a full-time exempt position, and hours of work and days will vary, based upon the needs of the business and the production season. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job
duties demand or the production week changes.

Travel:
• Travel will be required to establish and maintain successful and effective business relationships. Which may require out-of-the-area and overnight travel.
• 30-50% Travel
• Tradeshows/ Customer Visits/ Sales Meetings
• Quarterly visit to Crunch Pak Offices in Cashmere, Washington

The Company provides a variety of benefits, the first of the month following 60 days after your hire date, including health care, dental and vision, as well as opportunity to enroll in supplemental plans. A 401K plan that includes a company match of up to 4% is also offered. Paid holidays and paid time off will begin accruing on your first day of employment.

Full-time position
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
