Summary/Objective
Responsibilities and duties include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties and/or functions may be required as deemed necessary by supervisor.

Duties:
• On time order entry & release
• Log info. into EDI portals such as I Trade, Foodlink, SPS, SV Harbor, Partners Online, Retail Link, Procurant , etc.
• Communication with customers, co-packing facilities, carriers, cross dock facilities, & distribution centers
• Customer invoicing
• Work with logistics team & transportation companies to assure delivery.
• Assist with accounts receivable collection including:
• Using appropriate portals to research
• Gathering documentation to help reconcile deductions
• Tracking deductions
• Filing claims
• General Office functions: Answering Phones, Filing, fax

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Advanced user of MS Office applications and other software programs

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have at least one year of proven experience in an fast paced office setting, demonstrating good general office and administrative skills
