Wage: $80,000-$95,000 DOE
Crunch Pak is looking for a customer-focused IT Administrator who specializes in end-user support. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient computing experience for all employees.
Duties:
• Manage and ensure the efficient operation of hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, desktop/notebook, and mobile devices (Apple iPads, Zebra Android Scanners).
• Manage and maintain ERP system and security including user setup and roles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, including more complex technical problems, by utilizing technical expertise.
• Maintain and update end-user instructions and procedures to facilitate self-help and problem resolution.
• Manage and configure the enterprise 100+ camera system.
• Manage and maintain equipment inventory, including monitors, workstations, and printers.
• Manage and optimize corporate antivirus software, ensuring the security and protection of the organization's systems and data.
• Manage the company trouble ticketing system.
• Oversee the management of pc cloning and imaging processes, ensuring the seamless deployment and configuration of new workstations and devices.
• Must be a self-starter who enjoys interacting with people and solving problems on a daily basis.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (monitors, workstations, printers, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing end-user support in a Windows Network environment.
• Associates degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize support requests.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and common desktop applications.
• Must be willing to participate in an on-call duty rotation
