Ingredients
  1. 1 (14 oz.) bag Crunch Pak sliced sweet apples, sliced thin
  2. 1 head red cabbage, sliced thin
  3. 1 yellow or red bell pepper, sliced thin
  4. 6 green onions, chopped
Asian Dressing
  1. 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  2. ½ cup canola oil
  3. 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
  4. 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  5. ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  6. 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  7. 1 tbsp. honey
  8. 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. 1. Whisk vinegar with ginger, sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey in a medium bowl. Drizzle in canola oil and sesame seeds; whisk until combined.
  2. 2. Combine apples, cabbage, yellow pepper, and green onions in a large bowl. Toss with the Asian dressing. Serve cold or at room temperature.
