Apple Slaw

  • 1 (14 oz.) bag Crunch Pak sliced sweet apples, sliced thin
  • 1 head red cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1 yellow or red bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 6 green onions, chopped

Asian Dressing

  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
  • Whisk vinegar with ginger, sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey in a medium bowl. Drizzle in canola oil and sesame seeds; whisk until combined.
  • Combine apples, cabbage, yellow pepper, and green onions in a large bowl. Toss with the Asian dressing. Serve cold or at room temperature.
