Mini Monkey Bread

The Produce Mom’s Mini Apple Monkey Bread! These are a family favorite! They’re easy to grab and go, they bake up faster, and kids love to help make these.


1 can of Pillsbury Biscuits
@crunchpak Apple Slices (12oz bag)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
3/4 cup packed brown sugar

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray or grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Dice Crunch Pak apple slices.
  3. Separate dough into biscuits, and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a 1-gallon food-storage plastic bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon (you can also use a bowl like we did).
  5. Mix in diced apples and quartered biscuits into the storage bag or bowl. Shake to coat, or toss with your hands. Once done, place into muffin cups.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Pour over biscuit pieces in the muffin pan.
  7. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes. Turn upside down onto a plate to serve warm.
