Easy Apple Salsa

Ingredients:

4 cups Crunch Pak Tart Apple Slices, finely chopped
¾ cup red onion, diced
½ cup green onion, sliced
½ cup red bell pepper, diced
½ cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
⅓ cup lime juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Method

Toss fruits and veggies together in a bowl.

Toss with lime juice, oil and seasonings and mix until well incorporated.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve alongside tortilla chips.
