  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground star anise

  • 3 cups shredded Crunch Pak apples
For the Chai Spiced Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon apple juice or cider
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 Tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
