Prep Time:

Total Time:
40 minutes
Yields:
6 clusters
Ingredients:

1 bag Crunch Pak Sweet Apple Slices, diced
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup pecans, roughly chopped
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smooth melting)

Method

Line a 6-cup muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone muffin tin for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, combine the diced apple, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans. Toss to evenly distribute the ingredients.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

Divide the apple mixture evenly among the 6 muffin cups. Pour the melted chocolate over each, making sure to cover the apple mix entirely. Use the back of a spoon to press down the mixture slightly and ensure everything is coated.

Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.

Once the clusters are frozen, remove them from the muffin tin. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
