Caramel Pear Cobbler

2 packs of Crunch Pak Opera Peeled Pear Slices
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup store-bought caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (16 oz) store-bought biscuit dough

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the sliced pears, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, store-bought caramel sauce, ground cinnamon, and salt. Toss the pear mixture until the pears are evenly coated with the caramel mixture.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and arrange the biscuits on top of the caramel pear filling, covering it as evenly as possible.
  4. Top biscuit dough with a milk or egg wash (optional) and granulated sugar.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown and the caramel pear filling is bubbling.
  6. Remove the cobbler from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve the caramel pear cobbler warm, and if desired, drizzle more caramel sauce on top or serve with vanilla ice cream.
