Apple Ricotta Puff Pastry Triangles

1 puff pastry sheet
1 cup Crunch Pak Peeled Apple Slices, diced
3 tbsp ricotta
thyme springs
Drizzle of honey
Egg yolk
Sliced almonds

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
  3. Add water to diced apples and microwave to soften.
  4. Add apples, ricotta, honey and thyme evenly on puff pastry sheet.
  5. Add second puff pastry sheet on top. Brush egg yolk over it.
  6. Cut dough into triangles and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Top with sliced almonds and enjoy!
