Apple Pie Overnight Oats

This Apple Pie Overnight Oats recipe is an easy make-ahead breakfast for you and for the kids! The oats are extra creamy and the sweet cinnamon apples and pecans add the perfect sweetness to entice the kids to dig in and benefit from delicious nutrients!

For Cinnamon Apple Mixture: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 pack Crunch Pak Tart or Sweet Apple Slices, cubed⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup packed brown sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ tsp cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In a medium saucepan over medium to medium-high heat, stir together all ingredients for the apple mixture.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For one serving of oats:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ cup rolled old fashioned oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ cup milk of choice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tablespoon chia seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice honey or maple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Toppings of choice, apple mixture, pecans etc.


Place all ingredients into a large glass container or mason jar and mix until combined.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cover the glass container with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Uncover and top with apple mixture & pecans and enjoy!
