Apple Cheddar Chicken Salad

  • Crunch Pak Sweet Apple Slices
  • 1 medium head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 2 grilled or cooked (leftovers) chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  1. In large serving bowl, whisk together cider, vinegar, honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper.
  2. Add chopped lettuce, grilled chicken and apple slices to bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Arrange salad on 2 plates; top with cheddar cheese and avocado. Enjoy!
Recipe Tip:
