Apple & Brie Stuffed Chicken
Save this chicken recipe for a comforting & nourishing winter meal!
Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breasts, boneless and Skinless
- 1 pack of Crunch Pak Sweet Apple Slices
- 6-8 slices of brie cheese
Maple Glaze:
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine ingredients for maple glaze, set aside.
- Carefully cut a slit in each chicken breast horizontally. Open and place the sliced brie cheese in the slit and top with apples. Close the chickens and brush them with the maple glaze then sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes (depending on how thick your chicken breasts are), or until chicken is cooked through.
- Take out of the oven and serve with kale salad or steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
