Apple and Bacon Mac & Cheese
Elevate your regular boxed mac & cheese with some fresh apple slices and crunchy bacon! Effortless and totally delicious!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsalted butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 1/2 cups Crunch Pak Sweet Apple Slices, diced
2 tsp minced rosemary⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup bacon, cooked and diced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 Pack boxed macaroni and cheese
Directions:
1. In small sautè pan melt unsalted butter in medium heat. Add in apples and rosemary and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the apples are tender.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Prepare boxed macaroni and cheese according to package directions⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Top macaroni and cheese with sauteed apples, bacon and cracked black pepper.
