Pay: Starting at $18.10/hr. + $2.00 Shift Differential

Job Duties:
Production Positions – Brief Role Summaries
General Labor Employees must be able to perform all assigned roles and may frequently rotate between these roles.
Palletizing Operator
- Stacks product boxes onto pallets safely and efficiently, ensuring pallet stability while following quality, safety, and ergonomic standards.
Production Runner / Material Handler
- Supplies production lines with required materials and ingredients on time, removes empty containers, and maintains continuous workflow.
Packing Operator (Bags & Trays)
- Manually packs bags and trays, inspects quality, seals boxes, and maintains clean and efficient packing stations.
Tray Filling Operator (Manual)
- Fills trays with approved ingredients accurately and consistently while maintaining food safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill trays, pack bags and trays, seal boxes, and stack boxes onto pallets
- Replenish materials and ingredients and remove empty containers to maintain workflow
- Support production line operations to meet daily production goals
- Follow standardized work instructions and quality requirements
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Use required PPE and follow all safety procedures.

- No prior experience required — training provided.
- Ability to work at a consistent pace with accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to read and write in English, Spanish, or native language.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work in cold environment – gloves provided (temperature 27-45 degrees).
- Work around chemicals – (primarily Chlorine).
- Work with hands in water.
- Work in a loud environment – hearing protection provided and mandatory.
- Ability to stand long periods of times (Up to 10-12 hours).
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Ability to bend and stoop.
- Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to distinguish color.
- Ability to read and write in English or Spanish.
- Ability to sustain good attendance. More than 3 attendance violations (tardy, early exit or all-day absence) in the first 30 days of employment will result in termination.
