Location: Cashmere, WA


The planning coordinator is responsible creating and maintaining a daily production plan. Works closely with production, sales, and shipping. Works closely with multiple facilities to bring in additional product to meet customer requirements.

• Support production with production plan at reasonable capacity level and maintaining efficiency
• Collaborate with sales on what product is needed to meet customer needs
• Communicate adjustments or shortages with critical departments
• Assist in calling out and maintaining flow of dated product
• Support other facilities with production plan and information to ensure customer demands are met
• Maintain planning worksheets to ensure data remains intact
• Build rapport with all departments that have an impact on the day to day
• Assist in providing information to help senior management make decisions regarding down time or equipment installs
• Maintain information flow between both day and swing shift
• Perform additional duties as requested

• Excellent communication skills, ability to present information to all levels of organizations internal and external
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to adapt problems with a multitude of solutions aimed at helping multiple departments
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, ERP) with heavy focus on Excel and ERP system
• Requires minimal supervision to preform everyday tasks
• Display respectful attitude with all forms of communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong rapport building skills with all sources internal and external

Education and/or Work History:
• Prior Manufacturing plant experience
• Previous planning experience a plus
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Maintain good attendance record
