Tart Apple, Blue Cheese and Pecan Spread

- 1 (14 oz.) bag Crunch Pak Tart apples, chopped small
- 1 (8 oz.) block organic cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Danish blue cheese
- 2 cups pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1 cup dried cherries
- ¼ cup chives
- 1. In a medium bowl mix cream cheese with blue cheese until blended and creamy.
- 2. Stir in apples, pecans, cherries, and chives; set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve on your favorite wheat cracker or Crunch Pak apple slices.
