Ingredients
  1. 1 (14 oz.) bag Crunch Pak organic apple slices, chopped
  2. 1 cup dried organic farro, cooked and drained
  3. 1 (4.3 oz.) container pomegranate arils
  4. 1 cup golden raisins
  5. ½ cup green onions
  6. Dijon Dressing
  7. ½ cup red wine vinegar
  8. ¼ cup olive oil
  9. 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  10. 2 Tbsp. honey
  11. ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. 1. In a medium bowl whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and vinegar. Drizzle in olive oil and whisk until smooth. Add salt; set aside
  2. 2. In a large bowl add apples, faro, dried cherries, raisins, and green onions. Add dressing and chill in the refrigerator for a least an hour before serving.
