Ingredients
  1. 1 (14oz) pkg. Crunch Pak sweet apple slices, diced
  2. 1 (16oz) pkg. Coleslaw mix with carrots and red cabbage
  3. 2 (12oz.) pkgs. smoked chicken sausage links, grilled
  4. 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  5. ¼ cup green onions, chopped small
  6. ½ cup rice wine vinegar
  7. ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  8. 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  9. 1 Tbsp. honey
  10. ½ tsp. salt
  11. ½ tsp. pepper
  12. 8 split hoagie rolls or hotdog buns
Instructions
  1. 1. In a large bowl combine apples, coleslaw mix, pineapple and green onions; set aside
  2. 2. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Pour dressing into apple and cabbage mixture and chill in the refrigerator until sausage is ready to be served. Place sausages on rolls and spoon slaw over top.
