Meet Crunch Pak Chef Amanda Magadan
Crunch Pak culinary advisor, Chef Amanda Magadan, lives in Valrico, Florida with her husband Joe and three kids, Aly, Taryn, Jake, and dog, Sammi.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Chef Amanda runs a personal chef service called, Savor Life. Her mission is to help busy families, couples, and individuals on restricted diets eat better. Her oldest daughter has diabetes so she knows first-hand it’s important to eat a well balanced diet. She also caters small dinner parties and special occasions.
As one of Crunch Pak’s culinary advisors, Chef Amanda creates original recipes using apples –she calls them the perfect food – and so far has created delicious recipes for salads, sauces, soups, hors d’oeurves, cakes, breads and sides.
In her free time she enjoys running, reading, and going to the beach. She completed her first marathon in 2010. Her children play sports and she spends a lot of time on the weekends watching and traveling to soccer and baseball games; Crunch Pak sliced apples are her favorite take-along snack.
