  1. 1 (14 oz.) bag Crunch Pak mixed sweet and tart apples, chopped small
  2. 1 ripe mango, chopped
  3. ½ cup red onion, chopped
  4. 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  5. ¼ cup light agave nectar
  6. 1 lime, juiced
  7. 2 tsp. minced ginger
  8. ¼ tsp. salt
  9. ¼ tsp. cayenne powder
  1. 1. In a small bowl whisk agave nectar with lime juice, ginger, salt, and cayenne; set aside.
  2. 2. In a large bowl combine apples, mango, red onion, and jalapeño. Pour agave dressing over apple mixture and stir until coated. Serve with corn tortillas or cinnamon pita chips.
