Ingredients
  1. 1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
  2. 1 1/2 Cups of Crunch Pak Diced Sweet Apple
  3. 1 Medium Red Onion
  4. 3 Ounces of Blue Cheese
  5. 1 Tablespoon of Butter
  6. Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
  1. 1. Thaw puff pasty according to package directions and then unfold to a rectangle. Fold a 1/4 inch border around the pastry by folding it onto itself to make a border/crust. Press around the pastry with a fork to reinforce the border and then poke several hole around the crust to allow the air release from dough. Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minute until the crust is light brown and flaky.
  2. 2. While the pastry is baking prepare the caramelized in a medium sauce pan with butter and salt and pepper. Cook onions until the onions are very soft and caramelized.
  3. 3. Top the prepared pastry with cooked onions, apples, and blue cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes more until cheese is melted. Enjoy
