Ingredients
  1. 1 French baguette loaf
  2. 1 pkg. (14 oz.) Crunch Pak Sliced Sweet and Tart Apples
  3. 1 cup ricotta cheese
  4. ¼ lb. prosciutto ham, thinly sliced
  5. 2 tbsp. honey
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. 1. Cut baguette with a serrated knife at a diagonal into thin slices. Spray an 8 x 8 baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat bread slices for 10 minutes in a preheated 400 F oven until toasted. Rub peeled garlic clove on each slice; set aside.
  2. 2. Spread a teaspoon full of ricotta on toasted bread, followed by a slice of prosciutto and two apple slices. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
