Chef Tim Putnam, owner and executive chef of Smokeblossom in Wenatchee, Washington, is Crunch Pak’s culinary advisor. We are proud to work with a chef who lives and cooks in the heart of North Central Washington, where our apples are grown.

Chef Tim brings incredible flavors together. In his role as culinary advisory to Crunch Pak he develops our delicious recipes, on-pack usage ideas and represents the company at food industry events. His handcrafted cuisine, made from local ingredients whenever possible, is inspired by his diverse heritage including Black Irish, Welsh, Sardinian and German Jewish.

Chef Tim graduated from the Culinary Institute where he received ACF certifications as a culinary educator and executive chef. He and his wife live in Wenatchee with their three children and two dogs.
