Mache Salad with Sweet Crunch Pak Sliced Apples, Goat Cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Salad:
* 1 package Mache, washed and dried
* 1 (16oz) bag Sweet Crunch Pak sliced apples, diced
* 4oz goat cheese

Dressing:
* 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
* 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
* 1t salt
* ground black pepper

Combine ingredients for the salad in a serving bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a smaller bowl, stir and drizzle over the salad.

Serves: 4-6
