Bruschetta with Apples, Blue Cheese and Honey

  • A baguette, sliced length-wise, and cut into 4-5 inch pieces
  • 1 bag (16oz) either Sweet or Tart Crunch Pak sliced apples, cubed
  • 6 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • Honey
  • Olive oil if grilling the bread

On the grill:
Heat grill to medium high setting.
Brush the insides of the baguette pieces lightly with olive oil.
Set on grill until golden brown.
Remove from the grill and add a layer of blue cheese, then a layer of apples and drizzle with honey.

In the oven:
Turn on the broiler.
Put the baguette piece on a cookie sheet, crust facing down. Cook until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and add a layer of blue cheese, then a layer of apples and drizzle wih honey.
