“Good for You” Apple Crisp

*6 cups Sweet Crunch Pak sliced apples
*1 cup oatmeal
*1 cup flour
*1 cup brown sugar
*1t cinnamon
*1t nutmeg
*2T butter
*1 cup dried cranberries
*1 cup vanilla yogurt

Combine oatmeal, flour, sugar, and spices. Cut in butter and set aside.

Puncture each apple slice with a fork. Combine apples and dried cranberries.

Pour apples mixture into 8” x 8” baking dish. Sprinkle with oatmeal mixture. Microwave on high for 12 minutes. Serve hot with vanilla yogurt as a topping.
